Working directly with our site managers, you will ensure the smooth running of daily logistics operations: managing incoming and outgoing flows, supervising transport schedules, and coordinating teams in the field. Thanks to our Effitrace tool, you can track orders in real time and ensure they are processed on time. This position is ideal for a young logistics graduate wishing to work in a dynamic and flexible e-commerce environment.
📍 Location: Estaimpuis (Belgium) – possibility of partial telecommuting
You will be the privileged point of contact between our e-commerce customers and their end consumers. You’ll be responsible for tracking orders, managing requests for deliveries or returns, and providing concrete solutions in conjunction with our logistics teams. Your ability to communicate with clarity and empathy will help to reinforce the quality of service that LOGVAD places at the heart of its mission.
📍 Location: Neuville-en-Ferrain (France) – open-ended position
As part of the IT department, you will ensure the smooth running and parameterization of the Effitrace WMS, while assisting our customers with the integration of their systems (Shopify, Prestashop, Odoo, marketplaces, etc.). You will participate in setting up EDI flows, supervise interconnections and intervene rapidly in the event of anomalies. Do you like technical, e-commerce and data-oriented environments? Then this is the job for you.
📍 Location: Tournai (Belgium)
Working on our cosmetics line, you will be in charge of packaging and repackaging items in line with our customers’ quality standards. You will prepare orders, adjust wedging according to the fragility of the products, and ensure the aesthetics of the packages. Your rigor and attention to detail will make all the difference in this demanding sector. In-house training is provided on arrival.
