• International carriers: Optimized solutions via Hermès, DHL and BPost.

LOGVAD uses Effitrace, a warehouse management system (WMS) that synchronizes stock and order data with your e-commerce site (via API or EDI). This system enables :

• Real-time monitoring of stock levels.
• Automatic update of orders in process.
• Full traceability of shipments, with automatic notification of status to customers.

LOGVAD distinguishes between parcels returned by customers and parcels refused by carriers:

• Refused parcels: They are inspected and returned to stock immediately if intact.
• Customer returns:
  • Verification of correspondence between items and customer declaration.
  • Quality inspection (returned to stock or placed in “second choice” stock).
  • Record reasons for return and manage according to defined policy (refund, exchange, etc.).
  • Processing within 48 hours of receipt of parcel.

LOGVAD offers seamless integration via Effitrace, enabling :

• Real-time stock updates on your online store.
• Automatic dispatch of shipping information (tracking number, status).
